Do you charge for the quote?
No. Tell us what you need and we’ll give you an estimate before any billed work starts.
Is there a minimum project size?
There’s a 1-hour minimum charge, but no minimum beyond that, small fixes are welcome. For larger or recurring needs, ask about our Managed Optimization plans instead, which include support at a lower effective rate.
What if my issue turns out to be a speed problem?
We’ll tell you honestly, and point you to the right service instead of billing you hourly for something a one-time optimization would solve better.
